No Telemetry Logs

I am having an issue when using Mission Planner when flying a fixed wing aircraft. Usually the telemetry log would be in the FIXED WING folder and I can replay it back no problem. However I keep finding that it has placed the log in the GENERIC folder and when I play it back no data shows in Mission Planner. During the actual flight all the data is been displayed as it should in Mission Planner.

Anybody any ideas?

Just some additional information - I tried connecting with MP on a different PC and that worked OK. It stored the log in the FIXED WING folder and the log played back OK. However, on a third PC it again stored the log in the GENERIC folder and it didn’t show any data when played back.

Have you updated mission planner to the latest beta?

Hi Allister, thanks for the reply. All three PC’s are running the latest version of Mission Planner - version 1.3.83 build 1.3.9384.38258

Do you happen to have some mavlink devices onboard ? Or a multi vehicle setup ?
The target folder is determined from the heartbeat messages, and some mavlink devices with GENERIC type field can affect it.

It’s not a multi-vehicle setup. I am using a Matek mlrs receiver onboard which is used for telemetry and RC signal. The thing I don’t understand is why it works ok with one laptop and not another.
