No GPS on pixhawk 1 (Readytosky)

I purchased a pixhawk 1 from Readytosky and I can’t get any GPS at all. I have had a good experience with one of their pixhawks which I purchased about 18 months and it’s still going well.
I have uploaded the bin file to mediafire as I don’t know how to read it. Maybe someone could have a look and see if there is something I have done or haven’t done to cause the flight controller to fail.

Yes have updated to 4.0.4. I have never analyzed a bin file before so have no idea what I am looking for.
