Newbie trying Crash Analysis on Vtol Project

I’m trying to build a Tandem wing vtol. I was flying the aircraft in Qloiter mode when it suddenly lost altitude and crashed and im not getting what went wrong in that flight. My aircraft was toilet bowling in pervious flights and I was trying to fix that issue but it crashed and gave me a new one. Would like some guidance.

Toilet bowling typically indicates FUBAR compass placement, configuration or unit. That vehicle was nowhere near being ready to fly in any position control mode.

Do not use any Q position control modes (including QLoiter, QRTL, RTL (it will transition to VTOL depending on configuration) until you have followed all the configuration and tuning steps and achieved stable and responsive hover in QStabilize and QAltHold.

Thank you for the response I would like to give you a bit more context .
When I began testing the aircraft it was flying pretty well, like pids needed tuning but it was not drifting or showing any bowling motion. I performed all the necessary configuration and tuning steps according to the docs . Also performed quicktuning. During this phase the aircraft got pretty good hold in QLoiter mode but it had one issue. For some reason it refused to pitch forward but pitch backed perfectly. I thought it was an FC issue so I changed from Pixhawk 2.4.8 to OrangeCube+ and flashed all the params from scratch this time pitchting issue went away but it started to dip when performing yaw and then the tests forward
