Hi everyone!
We have been building a web-based flight log analysis tool and would love feedback from the ArduPilot community.
What it does:
- Upload your .bin file through the browser — automatic parse and analysis
- All critical charts generated automatically with annotations (motor health, battery, GPS, vibration FFT, EKF — no manual graph setup)
- 2D map replay + 3D flight visualization
- AI-generated flight report with detected issues, severity ratings, and fix recommendations
- AI chatbot: ask natural language questions about your log data (“Was motor 3 drawing more current?”)
- Fleet management for teams with multiple drones
Why we built it:
We design and build drones at BBA Teknoloji — multirotor, fixed-wing, and VTOL. After every test flight, we were spending hours manually setting up graphs, cross-referencing parameters, and writing up findings. A full log review that used to take 1-2 hours now takes minutes.
More importantly, the AI catches anomalies that are easy to miss in manual review — early signs of motor bearing wear, subtle vibration patterns, battery degradation trends. The kind of things that, if you miss them, lead to a crash on the next flight. We built this to diagnose problems before they ground your drone.
It is web-based — no installation, works in Chrome/Firefox/Edge. Also supports PX4 .ulg files in the same platform.
Currently in early access. 2-day free trial, no credit card required.
We are especially interested in feedback on:
- What diagnostics do you check first after a flight?
- What would make a log analysis tool actually useful for your daily workflow?
- Any ArduPilot-specific features you wish existed?
Thanks for any feedback!
