New cube blue with EKF Primary 1 Changed

So I am working my way through configing this hexsoon 650 and plug it in and I get the message EKF Primary 1 changed.

Not close to taking off yet, this is a log of disarmed. maybe someone can assist as to why this error?

Does it mean that it is unsafe to fly? No other errors show up.

Here is a longer log disarmed. All the error seem to clear and it says it is ready to fly. just trying to figure out safety prior to lifting off. Arducopter 4.6.0
