Well my pixhawk Hexa build that you guys helped me with is working like a dream… !
So i decided to build something new and exciting.
First flight with this new build and was in Alt hold all was going fine when the sucker took off like a bat out of hell. IF you guys can take a look at my log file and give me some input!

Near as I can tell you had a very poor sat count and hdop then hit loiter a split second after you hit alt hold. Maybe by accident? Loiter needs gps. Eventually it went into mode ‘land’. If you didn’t do that then it could have done that itself when it had a fail safe event like a zero sat count. But I’m only beginning to read logs so don’t take my word for it. 
I try and wait until I have at least 8 sats and under 2 hdop before flying. Over 10 and under 1.6 for any auto mission just for added safety.
Just went for another Flight Solved the problem.
