NET_ENABLE parameter not available on Cube Orange Plus with Arducopter 4.5.7

I’m trying to follow the Ethernet / Network Setup guide and step one is to set NET_ENABLE to 1 and reboot the Cube Orange Plus. The problem is that I do not have this parameter as an option. According to the documentation for Arducopter 4.5.7 I should.
