You have not given enough information to enable anyone to help.
What are you asking, in detail please?
Is this a new build?
If so, install a stable release of the firmware rather than the developers latest.
Enable adequate logging.
There is no RCout logging in your log file??? and you are asking about why the motors differ.
Some detail about your tests and what the picture you posted is showing would help someone, who was willing to give their time, to help you.
The log does show that you moved the copter around, so I doubt the log file you posted is from the bench test you videoed.
