When you’re testing with the throttle are the propellers installed? If the props aren’t installed then arming and running the throttle doesn’t tell you much. The PID loop is trying to make corrections and nothing is happening so it makes more aggressive corrections. And in some cases, you can hear it. I had a set of motors that sounded like the bearings were failing if I ran it like that, but during the motor test or in flight everything sounded fine.
Just check when you do fly the drone that the motors aren’t getting hot. Keep your first flight short (30 seconds to 1 minute) and check as soon as it lands.
i think its not the pid problem, as when i am trying to work with different flight controller, F4 FPV flight controller, it is working properly, no crakling sound. but when i switch to cube orange+, then in this case it is producing the high vibrations.
Both are working on ardupilot firmware with same parameters.
