Motors Not Responding Despite Proper Setup

I’m new with drone

Hi

Based on the setup and the attached pictures, everything seems to be connected correctly. However, when I move the throttle on my transmitter, the motors do not respond at all.

I have verified the following:
• The transmitter inputs are detected correctly in Mission Planner → Radio Calibration.
• The Servo Output values appear normal in Mission Planner.
• The ESCs and motors function properly when tested separately with a PWM tester.
• The system is armed and there are no PreArm errors preventing operation.

Despite these checks, the motors still do not spin when I increase the throttle. Could you please help troubleshoot this issue?

What does the missing planner “motor test” do? Does it work?
