Motors don't work with Pixhawk 6c Pro & Emax 80A ESCs

Hello there friends!
I’m in the process of building my first ArduCopter quadrocopter and so far everything was okay but motors, they simply do not work and I have no idea why.

The soldering and wiring seems to be okay except of the little three-wires connector which I supposed should be connected to the FC, so I tried doing this but no matter how I connect it the FC doesn’t seem to be able to turn the motors on.

Here are some photos of the setup to make things more clear.

Where should I be looking for to solve the issue? Debugging this kind of problems is very new to me since I’ve only started learning ArduCopter.

you better use esc that support bidirectional dshot for rpm filtering, this one support only PWM

All you need to know is in the connection illustration here:
Pixhawk 6C
How are you trying to run the motors? Using Motor Test in Mission Planner hopefully? At this point don’t bother with the transmitter.
Got a safety switch connected or disable in the parameters?

oh, that’s what I was afraid of

Yeah, it’s the motor test and I’ve disabled the safety switch.

Post (attach) the parameter file.

params.param (18.1 KB)

EDIT: I was likely incorrect.

It’s old blheli, afaik dshot supported only in blhelis_s and blheli32

Ah, I didn’t realize they may be that old. I stand corrected, and this is likely causal, as DSHOT300 is the selected protocol.

As suggested here Configure for PWM. So, you have several parameters wrong.

Or get some new ESC’s.

I’ve already paid for newer ESCs that definitely support DShot, but I’ll also try to configure it for PWM, thank you

The only other protocol those oldies will run is Oneshot probably. Which ESC’s did you order?

It’s Flycolor X-Cross HV3
