Hi community,
I am a newbie to the wonderful world of drones and multicopters. I followed the first time setup and first flight instructions. When I follow the instructions for arming the motors:

The propellers do not spin as mentioned in line number 7. What can I be doing wrong? Can it be something in the configuration/calibration? Your help is deeply appreciated.
