Motor spins straight after armed, flips the drone

Hi, my motor is in the correct ports but they seems to spin in different speed, why? And also need to mention the motor stills spins when the throttle is all the way down.

Calibrate your esc’s, set mot_spin_armed and pwm min/max correctly.
