Motor spins at zero throttle even at -50 Trim in RC[SOLVED]

I have calibrated ESCs and the Quad ‘X’ working perfectly.

When I connect the battery when the throttle is high, pixhawk again goes to ESC calibration mode and restarted the pixhawk.

But now when i’m arming the Quad, at zero throttle, the motor starts rotation.
I changed the trim to -50, the speed slightly decreases, but BLDC is not stopping.

Any troubleshooting possible??

tried ECS calibration and RC calibration again, but same result.

Can i adjust anything in Mission Planner Parameter??

MOT_SPIN_ARM - 0 to prevent motors from spinning when armed.
