Hey there, I did a test flight recently, and only took the throttle up slightly, but it crashed and leaned to one side. This is a screenshot of the PWM output from the flight logs. We have calibrated the ESCs using Mission Planner and we have no idea what went wrong with the quadcopter. Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Thanks in advance!
Many have with the wrong motor order or direction. Did you confirm it’s correct using Mission Planners Motor Test?
Yeap, the motor spins in the right direction and the propellers are placed in the right location. In terms of the order, I have checked it with a guide on ardupilot and it is correct.
With Mission Planner Motor Test? Tipping over on take-off is almost always a motor order or direction problem because they didn’t run Motor Test or they didn’t understand how Motor Test operates.

Yea we did order it correctly and it worked as how it’s expected on motor test
