Mission planner using above ground terrain data

I have a VTOL plane running ArgusFPV controller and it doesn’t have an SD card. I can directly upload missions using mission planner and I have Terrain_Enable set to 1. The vtol plane doesn’t have any sensors to allow terrain follow, but if have it set in mission planner to fly 250ft above the terrain, will the mission upload with the adjusted altitude to fly as intended 250ft above the terrain? I have the mission planner set to “terrain” and verify checkbox checked. There is no SD card access that I can see so I can’t manually upload ardupilot terrain tiles data.

But I just want to confirm when sending missions directly from mission planner if it will send calculated/adjusted altitude data to meet the criteria of flying 250Ftt above ground?
