I’m running into a consistent crash issue with Mission Planner and hoping someone here might have insight or a workaround.
Issue description:
Mission Planner crashes whenever it tries to interact with the Windows File Explorer. This happens with any action that opens a file dialog, for example:

Loading log files

Comparing parameters
-
Opening/saving files through Mission Planner menus
As soon as the Windows file explorer dialog appears (or right after interacting with it), Mission Planner crashes.
What I’ve tried so far:

Restarting Mission Planner and the PC

Reinstalling Mission Planner

Running Mission Planner as Administrator

Running the standalone beta version
-
Testing with different Mission Planner versions

Updating Directx
The issue is fully reproducible and happens every time, which makes it impossible to work with logs or parameter files.
Environment :

Mission Planner version: 1.8 latest

Windows version: Windows 11 25H2
Has anyone encountered something similar?
