Missing plugin on Data page, when reloading page

MP 1.3.82 build 1.3.9269.6147
We are using a camera control plugin from Airpixel Download link
This plugin is controling the Airpixel AIR Commander Entire R3 unit.

When Mission Planner first loads it displays as a tab on the Data page:

If I leave the Data page (go to Plan) and then back the plugin is gone:

It doesn’t show up in the customize window any time:

This prevents us from upgrading MP to one of the newer versions. In version 1.3.881 build 1.3.8741.25556 it works as it should. I can leave the Data page, get back to it, and the plugin is still there.
