Mid flight crash

Help analyze the crash.

In the middle of the flight my 800mm Quad falls to the ground a few hundred meters from home. When I then try to analyze the flight log I find “Thrust loss”. I suspect that one of the propellers has failed in the air at an altitude of 55 meters.

It looks like the problem is with output 10 - Motor 2.
There’s a massive current spike and equally large voltage drop associated with Motor2 being commanded to maximum.

I would say this is an electrical short or motor or ESC failure.
