MicoAir H743 V2. Serial ports weren't displaying correctly

Hello, maybe someone can help. FC: MicoAir H743 V2. I spent the whole day yesterday struggling with Mission Planner, and the serial ports weren’t displaying correctly. I tried different MP versions, and I also updated the FC firmware to newer and older versions. Is there a way to fix this, and will I be able to configure the ports using the full parameter list? The descriptions and functions of the parameters aren’t displaying either.
The firmware is custom, and I definitely enabled them there.

Does this mean it also happened with precompiled standard firmware or did you also customize these FW

you can configure the serial ports using the SERIALx parameters.
Maybe you can try QGC

Also pls tell what all you changed. Does it work with standard (precompiled firmware)?

I installed the stable firmware version, the custom firmware version, and earlier stable versions. It didn’t help. I reinstalled the firmware and bootloader using STM32CubeProgrammer.
I also reinstalled the MP: I installed v.1.3.83, v.1.3.81, and installed updates in the “help” tab.

I think the problem is that the parameter descriptions are missing. For example, I should be able to see data transfer rate options and select them in the full parameter list, but I can’t. I can only manually enter them, for example, “57” or “115”. Could this be the source of the problem?

After purchasing the FC from a box with pre-installed firmware, it also did not display the ports.

So, after flashing the .apj file from here Micoair H743V2 does the HWID screen in Mission Planner show the correct hardware?

Can you tell us what desktop and OS version are you using? And also the OS usb driver version.

I tested it on two laptops with Windows 10. I can only say about the drivers on Monday, as I don’t have access to FC now.

The drivers were installed via the Mission Planner installer.

Install the beta version of Mission Planner. Beyond that, it may be your customizations that are causing incompatibility with that screen, but the full parameter list should work fine. It’s not really worth agonizing over.

Is your Mission Planner allowed to connect to the internet ?
Definitions are downloaded, not baked in.
