I’m using ver 2.9.3 to configure a quad and found that on stage ‘15_motor.param’ I can’t get the left panel showing the Frame Configuration and Motor Order Matrix to display. It just stays blank. The motors test OK in MP, but no luck in MC. Can anyone help with this?

Flight Controller and Battery connected and this is the screen shot. The same for the Battery Plugin page.
It looks like the Plugin thinks there is no FC. The same for the Battery Plugin.
However I am not getting the Flight Controller Connection window at startup.
Except for the above Motor page everything was working fine.
I tried to fix it by doing a MC reinstall and I got this msg
MC will reset the FC so its talking to the FC, but when I try to write some parameters I get this message.
Both Battery and Motor plugins now don’t work. I’m using Windows 10 Security so it could be that causing the problem??

There is something wrong with the access to the USB port on your computer.
The flight controller connection selection window only appears when the FC can not be automatically connected to.
Like the AMC software says: “Plugin requires flight controller connection” for the battery monitor and motor test plugins.
The “Parameter upload error” is a clear sign that there is no FC connection.
Are you waiting 7 seconds before starting the sw?
Try disabling the anti-virus.

I did another reinstall and I’m back to the original issue as below.
The Motor page shows this.
The battery page shows this so there is a FC connection and that plugin works.
Disabling the anti-virus makes no difference.
I also waited 7 seconds before running MC.
There ar no other warning msgs.

When the AMC is running there is a terminal window running in the background.
Paste the error messges displayed on that window.
