I want to limit my quadcopter maximum horizontal speed to 15m/s, both in stabilize and autonomous mode. I checked the parameters list and couldn’t find suitable parameters for this.
Can you please help how to achieve this. Does it require coding beyond parameters?
There is no “manual” mode. If you mean Stabilize there is not a parameter to limit speed. You can limit pitch/roll angle with a parameter. There is a speed parameter in Loiter Mode so use that. In Auto Mode there is a speed parameter also WPNAV_SPEED Loiter Auto
