Matek m8q can confirguration

I want to disconnect the compass of pixhawk 4 mini and keep only the matek M8Q-CAN.
Reason is because my open hd transmitter on the canopy is disturbing the compass of pixhaw4 mini
Do you know if this is correct ?

click on the compass tab on the left and unselect the internal compass.
