I just uploaded arducopter firmware with BL (Stable 4.6.3). Everything went well but when i turn it on and connect Mission Planner via USB is completely dead, barometer driver error and no acels or gyros detected. I was wondering if the unit was dead on arrival or i have something to do to bring it alive.
The only thing working is the USB as i am able to connect to it using MP. Under HWID nothng shows up.
I tried flashing both with MP and ST32CubeProgrammer.

I don’t think it’s possible to flash the wrong firmware to a Matek board but you got the arducopter_with_bl.hex file from here right? Matek H743
There is a Matek H7A3. Make sure you didn’t flash that one. Re-flash the right firmware if you did.
When you connect to MP, have a look at the messages and see what it says. There might be a clue. Share a screen shot of them.
Yes, that is the file i flashed. Maybe was simply dead on arrival. Just ordered a new one.
How you know barometer driver error and no acels or gyros detected? If the FC is completly dead I don’t think it is showing such messages.
Does this mean you flashed Matek H7A3 firmware on a Matek H743 Wing V3. If yes you programmed the wrong firmware as @Allister said. H7A3 and H743 are different controller.
In that case first follow Allisters advice and cancel our reorder if possible.
I would flash Betaflight to it and see if it’s functional. It’s very rare these are non-functional. I think I recall one legitimate case on the forum.
No, i flashed H743 with BL.
FC is not completely dead, as i said i can connect via USB and see baro error on messages and under HWID there is nothing. No Baro, no accels or gyros.

New Matek arrived today, flashed same firmware with bl and everything worked as expected. It seems old one arrived dead.

Count that as 2 bad boards on the forum I guess. Did you try Betaflight anyway?
Yes, tried betaflight, same problem. Firmware loaded but nothing worked.
