Loading Firmware

Hello, friends.

I’m having trouble with Mission Planner. When trying to install the firmware, I get the error: “Is this a Linux board?”, “Is this a Bepbop2?”, “Is this a Disco?”, It won’t let me proceed with the installation.

I’ve already tried changing USB cables, thinking that might be the issue, but it didn’t help. Any suggestions?

What kind of flight controller ?
these are not errors but questions since MP cannot identify your board.

fs ct6b

Please I’m unable to find any solution for this issue and need to meet an urgent deadline for completing this project

The question was “What kind of flight controller ?”
The answer “fs ct6b” is not the flight controller but the RC-transmitter.

From the picture I think you are using a very very old FC. If you try this with an actual mission planner version it won’t work as the old FSs are no longer supported with this versions.

But I am no expert on this

Yepp this is not supported for more than seven years.

Uninstall Mission Planner.
Install a Mission Planner version from the year 2015.

That is a APM 2.8 flight contriller board from 2013.

The latest firmware version that it supports is ArduCopter 3.2.1.

That is a F450 frame. It is very flexible and vibrates a lot. This is a frame that is hard to tune and both frame and flight controller are on the list of hardware to avoid. We strongly recommend changing the frame and the flight controller board.

If that is not possible… good luck, you are going to need it.
