Hello, since the beginning of December I have a functioning problem with my TFmini + which, at the start no longer displayed distance values on Mission Planner and although a technician at Benewake solved my display problem of value without my really understanding what he had done because I seemed to have done it before what he did on Mission Planner Ardupilot, I realize that in fact on the ground it still does not work. In the meantime I have moved to version 4.0 and I wonder if this version has no problems.
I made screenshots to show you.
For my drone, I use a Chuwii HI10 tablet with windows10 with MP 1.3.70 and a laptop with windows10 with MP1.3.70. The drone is under Ardupilot 4.0.
My Pixhawk cube 2.1, Ardupilot is configured with rngfnd1_type: 20 serial2_protocol: 9
What I don’t understand is that if I configure rngfnd_orient: 0 or 4, on my chuwii tablet I no longer have a lidar measurement return. The value remains at 0 however on my laptop I have a value, however in the initial menu setup / rangefinder the value vc is at 0.
If I set rngfnd_orient to 25, I have feedback on my tablet and on my PC. I also find a value in the rangefinder.
Why is only configuration 25 working? This is not normal.
You would think that it can still work but when I go to my flight field and I pass my drone over an obstacle my drone always remains at the same height while I see on MP that the measurement value of the lidar changes.
Another question, why on my tablet I have no more explanations in rngfnd … while on my pc I have all the explanations?
I really don’t understand anything anymore. Everything worked perfectly before.
Does anyone have an explanation to this? Thank you.
