Hi, I am trying to PID tune my USV using ardurover 4.7.0. Frame class boat. I am very close but have a touch too much overshoot.
I cannot get my options for LAT_CONTRL_PERIOD and LAT_CONTRL_DAMPING in basic tuning page, they are there but unable to be selected.
I also cannot find any NAVL parameters in my parameter list.
Is this because i am using a boat frame class is removes these parameters. I am using a kayak as a boat hull and it is heavy with quite a bit of momentum. I have my PID tune very close.
Thanks for the report. So to be clear it’s these Mission Planner fields that are blank that is the issue. This has happened because Mission Planner hasn’t kept up with changes to the main flight code. I’ve raised an issue to have those fields removed.
