Your copter ins underpowered, deduce weight, or increase power (be using different propellers and/or motors).

And providing more information, would help us help you better.

How can power up drone motors? Which setting was use for the power up of the motors ?

If you have BLHELI ESCs then turn off Low RPM Power Protect
Otherwise provide a lot more details and a .bin log file
