Issue with rally points disappearing after updating from v4.3.0 or later

Hello!!
I’m currently testing ardupilot and a fixed wing drone.

After QGC updating from v4.2.6 to version v4.3.0 or later, if you create a flight plan, upload FC, and then download it again, can you tell me why an error where the rally point disappears or the WP altitude changes continues to occur?

another!
In versions prior to v4.3.0, altitude data on the route is not read when creating a plan. Is there a way to display it?

Can someone please help me? I’m trying to get started and it’s quite difficult.

Update to ArduPlane 4.5.7 and retest. It has better support for rally points, fencepoints and missions in general.

And Update qgc as well.

Hello, I’m a drone newbie.
Amilcarlucas gave a good answer to the question below, but I have more questions.

I’m building a fixed-wing drone that uses the CUAV v5+ FC.

I have two questions:
If I want to update the FC firmware, do I need to connect it with a USB cable from QGC or Mission Planner or can I do it wirelessly?

Second, from QGC v4.3.0 or later, you can check the route altitude data at the bottom when creating the flight plan, but the v4.2.9 and earlier versions are marked with yellow lines and do not recognize the altitude data, so is there a way to use the altitude data like the v4.3.0 and later versions?
I’d be grateful if you could let me know.

The reason is that FC is currently creating a plan like the first question, and then downloading it after uploading, the data changes and an error occurs.

For example, if you type Reuters 300m after WP at an altitude of 300m, and you download it again from FC, you will get a radius of 1m.

I would be very grateful if you could help me!!

To do the FW update you need to connect it via USB cable to QGC or mission planner. The parameter values will get automatically updated once you update the firmware. You do not need to re-calibrate, nor upload any parameters after that.

Once you do that retest and post the results here. It’s a waist of time discussing FW 4.3.x bugs and missing features that have already been solved a long time ago. I will not do that.
