So I have been using this Neo 6M without issues earlier but then the Vcc wire came loose and I resoldered it and ever since then, the module is being detected at 230400 baud and the Ctrl-F menu shoes GPS as En Present Ok but I am not getting a 3D fix. gpshdop in Status tab is stuck at 99.99 and there are 0 satellites visible. There is a possibility I may have damaged it while soldering although there are no burn marks on the module or anywhere. Could it be possible I damaged the RF section with static or heat? Is there any way to troubleshoot?
PS: For anyone telling me to use a modern GPS, I’m just using this one for autotune and don’t intend to use a GPS on my drone
That’s normal. See if it’s recognized in U-blox U-center. Which is generally good for nothing for Ardupilot and generator of confusion but it might show something useful.

I think my antenna has gone bad though. For some reason, a) the grounded shield underneath the patch has continuity to ground pin. b) There’s no continuity between the shield and the top part (that top spot and also the full area surround it) as expected but what is totally confusing is that c) the top portion of the antenna has continuity to ground pin on the module. Which means (b) shouldn’t be
