Iris+ compass Z high and compassmot 0%

Hi, i see that after 2 compass calibration my values are:
COMPASS_OFS_X -69
COMPASS_OFS_Y 51
COMPASS_OFS_Z 445
COMPASS_OFS2_X 216
COMPASS_OFS2_Y -124
COMPASS_OFS2_Z -644

If ive read well, the offset should stay in +150 -150 range. At least one of the compass.
ofs2 are out ok, they should be the one on the FC, so ofs of gps unit are used, but the offset of Z are out the value on both sensors. Should i be worried?

Second, i try to do compass mot calibration through mission planner. At every throttle i had 0% interference.
Is that normal ?

I’m having the same thing when I check vibrations the z is in the positive and compass mot is 2 percent
