Input channel redirection to gpio pins on flight mode

I’ve been looking for a topic. I know someone has already thought of this or its already available, so I don’t know how to put it into words. Basically, when you put the unit into BRAKE or AUTO, all the ignored channels go to the GPIO’s to control apparatus such as camera gimbals or winch or robotic arm or freight hard points. When I put the thing into brake I don’t want my eyes or hands have to move to or from the controller. I don’t know how to qualify the question is what I’m getting at…
