My name is Max, I’m new here and I’m looking for some help regarding a DIY drone. Let met start of by saying that any information or help is very much appreciated so feel free to reply whatever you think is helpful .
I want to build a drone that is able to fly a fixed path indoor, and that can scan RFID tags as it flies it’s path. I wanted to build it using a raspberry pi 3B+, but unfortunately I don’t really know if that’s a good starting point, and what else I would need for this. I think that the drone should have these features:
- It should be able to fly a flixed path indoor. I think that I need to have accurate location information for that.
- It should be able to scan RFID Tags: so the connection of external (RFID) hardware is a necessity.
- it shouldn’t be too large since indoor use is desired.
Again any hardware suggestions, pointers or information is very much appreciated!
