Incorrect power system?

Tune looks good. You have the Dynamic Notch enabled and set to throttle reference but do not have the reference hover throttle value set. In this log it’s .392 Coincidentally the default filter frequency (80Hz) is what you want.

So by this you mean I could disable the throttle based reference and just leave the default filter frequency? Or would I need to select something else for notch mode (I don’t see anything that would make sence other than disabled).

No. Just set INS_HNTCH_REF to the MOT_THST_HOVER value and leave all else at default. Then set INS_LOG_BAT_OPT to 2 and make another hover flight to see if the settings are working.

Ok, so after a few flights, everything looks alright, there is no potencial thrust loss warning and it flies very good.
I think this might have been fixed by switching to dshot.
