In-flight testing of a motor power loss

at some point there used to be available an option of decreasing the power of a motor, depending on the value of a certain RC channel (maybe this was published as a hack, without adding to the code base) This would come very handy for checking the redundancy of the X8 setup. Is this option still enabled in ArduCopter?

It is a non merged PR or branch on GitHub, yes.

I got it from tridge and rebased it on top of 4.1. you can search for that.

At some point I will rebase it on 4.2
