In auto mode rover is really slow but normal in manual mode

When I set my waypoints and start my mission the rover moves really slow.I have adjusted my throttle percentage and cruising speed to 100% and still barely moves but as soon as I take over in Manual all is fine.I calibrated my radio and even tried reversing them but no luck, any suggestions?

Please provide both a full parameter file and a dataflash log.

You can use the parameter list download function in Mission Planner to save a copy of your parameters in a file that can be uploaded to this discussion thread.
