Last time I analyzed a flight log I noticed that the gyro and the accelerometer of my first IMU were flagged as not healthy on the hardware report. So, I checked the whole log.
During the 10 minute log, the accelerometer failed five times (AH=0) and the gyro showed bad health (GH=0) three times. All those events were only for fractions of a second.
(The log didn’t show any clipping and the vibe-values stayed under 30 m/s².)
(The log also showed no imu_resets.)
Is this normal in some sense or should I be worried?
If you have any idea why the IMU health could drop or could share how you would proceed I would be really grateful.
