If you flash new firmware onto a Pixhawk do you need to recalibrate the compass and accel?

I just flashed new firmware onto my Pixhawk and it remembered the compass offsets. Do I need to recalibrate everything assuming it worked before the flash?

No you dont need to recalibrate compass and accel.
If your copter needs campass recalibrate it will not arm and show a message on ground station.
Till now i updated many firmware from old version to newer, i think its over 10 version and im not faced any problem.
