I2C Airspeed sensor only works for a few minutes

Hey,

i installed my i2c airspeed sensor with an extention cable on one of my wings. (30cm).
sensor works fine for the first 3-10 minutes and than just stops.

i put a ferrit core on the cable, could that be i2c errors (how to check that?)
