I want to know if there can be problems when charging batteries while drones batteries are plugged in to FC

I’ve been flying drones for a long time as a hobby, and I’m working on the automated drone charging station project.

Charging the battery when it is plugged in to pixhawk will cause problems? We’ve already charged it with the motor turned off, but there was no problem. But I’d like to know whether it could burn the circuit or damage the circuit parts when we charge it frequentely and for long term.

its fine, you will need a power monitor that can handle bi directional current to track your power usage since you wont be resetting it with a power cycle but other than that it’s fine.
