Hello guys. I’m using a Pixhawk 4 with a Radiolink AT9S Pro and an R12DS receiver, but the bars don’t show up during radio calibration. Can you help me?
Okay guys, I solved the problem. The R12DS doesn’t output a PPM signal — it only provides SBUS and PWM output, so I fixed it using SBUS. I didn’t really need to start a new topic, but it’s good that I did — hopefully it helps others who can’t solve the same issue. Wishing you all the best!
To connect the DSM SBUS RC section to the Pixhawk 4, you need to follow these steps as shown in the image:
- Pin 1 (RC IN - Signal): Connect the signal wire from your DSM or SBUS receiver to Pin 1 on the Pixhawk 4.
- Pin 2 (RC IN - Ground): Connect the ground wire from your DSM or SBUS receiver to Pin 2 on the Pixhawk 4.
- Pin 5 (RC IN - Power): Connect the power wire (usually 5V) from your DSM or SBUS receiver to Pin 5 on the Pixhawk 4.
Important:
- Leave Pin 3 and Pin 4 unconnected. These pins are not needed for this specific connection.
Make sure to connect the wires correctly and securely for proper communication between the receiver and Pixhawk 4.
