I cannot Arm motors on the ardupilot 2.6

Hi everyone. I have a problem with the ardupilot. I cant arm my motors i dont know why i´ve done every single step but i cant. i´ve calibrated everything as it says and everything seems to be working, but it all started when i tried to calibrate the ESC motors i saw a video in which he connects the ESC to the ardupilot and he first turns on the radio and puts the throttle tu full and then he connects the lipo battery and it turns on the ardupilot and all the esc started to make a beep then the beep stop and the guy of the video said to then disconect the battery and re conected and then it makes the beeps depending on the number of cells of you battery then it makes two more beeps and he puts the throttle down and it seems to be all then all the motors start working with the radio. BUT FOR ME IT FAILED  so then i decided to calibrate the ESC by the manual way and it seem to work so i thought i´ve already made it and when i connected the ESC to the ardupilot what a surprised nothing happen  then i read a little bit more and i found out that i have to arm my motors. its said that one thing is to calibrate the ESC motors and its another thing to arm the motors. So now i dont know how to do that  i followed some instructions on how to arm the motors but i could not do it it said that once i conect my ESC to the Aardupilot it was going to blink the blue and red led and a had to put the throttle down and the rudder to the right for 5 seconds and it failed… SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO I EVEN TRY TO DESACTIVATE THE PRE ARM CHECK FROM THE MISSION PLANNER AND IT DIDNT WORK… ONE MORE THING WHEN I LOAD THE FIRMWARE TO THE ARDUPILOT WHEN IT FINISH IT POP UP I WINDOW AND IT SAID THAT THE MOTORS WONT WORK AND I THAT I A HAD TO CKECK THAT ON THE MOT_SPIN_PARAMETERS BUT GUESS WHAT I CANT FIND THAT OPTION IM STARTING TO THING THAT IT MAY BE THAT THE PROBLEM… HOPE SOMEONE REPLY SOON PLEASE

In Mission Planner connect via USB your APM… Make sure you do not connect the battery … That will power your APM and the receiver… Turn on your transmitter radio and click connect with the proper COM port you APM. Under the flight data section of Mission Planner in your Hud display you should she telemetry info and if you arm it, it should display “Armed” If it does this then your Apm is probably ok… Time to look at your ESC’s power and cabling going to the APM. How are you powering everything? 3dr power module? UBEC? Let’s get you flying…
