How to resolve PreArm; Motors; MOT_SPIN_ARM>MOT_SPIN_MIN

I am new to Home made drone making, I am making quadcopter drone and I am using Pixhawk Flight Controller and FS-I6S Radio transmitter. All settings are done in Mission Planner but I am facing Arming problem as per attached image. I need your help , please let me know how to resolve the issue or do the setting using mission planner.

Thanks for your suggestion.
Mot_Spin_Arm > Mot_Spin_Min setting done and that error is gone now.

As shown in above screen I have another error shot of
IMU0. fast sampling enabled
RCout PWM 1.14
Is it an error or just a message ? Do I need to make changes in setting or ignore? Please guide me.

Those messages are just informational; fast IMU sampling is a good thing, and the FC is configured for 14 PWM output channels. PWM is the “normal” output protocol for motor controllers (ESCs). This page talks about the various other ESC protocols: ESCs and Motors — Copter documentation

For Error Battery low Voltage and Battery low Voltage failsafe, I did all setting as per instruction but still not arming.
Do I need to charge battery or Change Battery? I am using 2200 Volt battery.

The battery needs to be charged. Otherwise it will trigger low voltage failsafe for obvious reasons.
