How to make pixhawk 4 and jetsonnano

hello guys.
I’m trying to build a self-driving drone using jetson nano and pixhawk. And, This drone is going to add autonomous driving function and the ability to control the drone directly by a human using a controller. I wonder if these autonomous driving functions can be turned on/off remotely. I wonder if there are parts to add for this feature, if possible.
