How to connect Radiomaster Pocket to Pixhawk 6C?

I am completely new to this.

Hi everyone, I have this radio controller call the Radiomaster Pocket which transmit ExpressLRS (ELRS) internally and I have the flight controller Pixhawk 6C. Please give me a step by step guide (and what receiver to get) on how to connect them together.

Note: I am watching this tutorial right now and they recommend to use SBUS, so I want to know how to have ERLS transmission but output to the Pixhawk 6C through SBUS port. If this is not possible, I will just do the usual ERLS to TELEM port instead.

Connect your ExpressLRS receiver to a UART (like a telemetry port, as you suggest).

Don’t bother with whatever tutorial you are watching. Follow the documentation, instead.

I always use expresslrx doc: Ardupilot Setup - ExpressLRS and works everytime. Just make sure which Uart/Serial You use, see here: Pixhawk 6C 6C Mini Flight Controller β€” Copter documentation

Ok I got it. But now I’m confused about the wiring, I’m supposed to attach

  • ELRS TX β†’ Pixhawk RX

  • ELRS RX β†’ Pixhawk TX

  • 5V β†’ 5V

  • GND β†’ GND

But the Pixhawk UART/Telemetry port has 6 pins and the ERLS has 4 pins, how do I know what 4 pins to attach to on the 6 pins Pixhawk port?

By looking at the port pinout perhaps?
