How do you install a waterproof safety switch?

I have a pixhawk. I’m going to build a completely waterproof quad. I need to use a waterproof safety switch and would like to know how to connect it. I am thinking of using this.

I see the stock 3DR switch has 3 wires. Red hot all the time?? one black is the momentary switch to ground to arm and the other is the blinking or solid ‘on’ ground?? Is that right?? Does anybody have a schematic??
also what voltage??
