Error: Parameter BRD_SER1_RTSCTS not present in V4.6.3!

Does HOTT telemetry even work here?

It is not included in tbe standard build if I remember correctly
You need to use the custom firmware builder (web-based, easy to use) and include it
Setting rts cts to 0 is not mandatory
