Horizon moves when motor is spinning

Hi all! I’m building my first Ardupilot quad X using the MicoAir H743 V2 + 55A AM32.

I have an issue, where if I arm and spin the motors up, the horizon moves.

It causes the copter to “drift” hard to a side and I am unable to hover.

Here is a before image of the horizon:

And a after spinning the motors and “trying” to take of image:

The log file is here: 7 01-01-1980 01.00.00.bin is available for download

(Sorry for file transfer, the forum is complaining about file size even thought its under 8mb?)

And a video showing the issue:

I have calibrated the accelerometer and both compass - Is it an Gyro issue or is it some setting for the magnetometer since it is the motor interference? I have had flying succes before with this drone, just using PX4 and betaflight.

Yes, that is the issue. Magfit flight and it’s calibration process is missing.

@MartinLE

Both file are showing up as “not found” to me but in any case the most likely issue is high vibration causing “the leans”. If you’re testing on the ground then it may be that the landing gear are banging against the ground and the issue may not happen in flight. It probably means that vibration levels are very high though and something will need to be done (like improving vibration isolation).

Hmm… Odd, both files just showed up when I tried both links.

I have flown successfully with PX4 / Betaflight with this controller, so the HW setup should work - I will investiage the “MAGfit” that @amilcarlucas mentions

I think you should first investigate vibration and address any mechanical source thereof.
