We’re looking for a drone Drone Technician / Engineer to help design and the next generation of drones. Based in South Florida.

About the Job
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience building, configuring, tuning, or troubleshooting drones and flight controllers.
You do NOT need an engineering degree or college degree for this position. We care much more about what you can actually do.
If you have built FPV drones, custom UAVs, RC aircraft, autonomous drones, or other multirotor systems and understand how to set up a flight controller, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and configure drone flight controllers
- Connect and configure ESCs, motors, GPS, compass, receivers, and other components
- Adjust flight-controller parameters and settings
- Troubleshoot flight stability and control problems
- Diagnose hardware, wiring, firmware, and configuration issues
- Perform bench testing and flight testing
- Tune drones for stable and reliable flight
- Help test new drone components and prototypes
- Work directly with our team to improve existing drone platforms
What We’re Looking For
You should have practical experience with at least some of the following:
- Building or modifying drones
- Setting up flight controllers
- Betaflight, ArduPilot, PX4, INAV, or similar flight-control software
- ESC and motor configuration
- GPS, compass, IMU, receiver, and telemetry setup
- PID tuning or flight tuning
- Firmware flashing and parameter configuration
- Soldering and basic electronics troubleshooting
- Diagnosing drones that do not fly correctly
