First time octocopter build. When I connect battery Mission Planner gets to “Prearm High GPS HDOP
It will not proceed any further to ARM. The screen does show GPS:3D FIX. I am using a 7M Ublox GPS module on a 6” extension stick. with a APM 2.8 flight controller. Looking at the parameter list under GPS_HDOP_Good it shows a value of 140 with 100-900 in the options list. Since I am connected to my computer inside the house is it possible that I need to be outside for better view of the sky?
